An order in the Chris Norman Fanshop is only possible by payment in advance!

This means, that you have to transfer the total amount to our bank account. Please note that the exact amount has to be transferred to our bank account. Please ask your bank clerk, if there are any additional fees payable for foreign bank transfers. As soon as the amount has been received, the ordered goods are sent by post. You will be informed about the receipt of payment via e-mail.

All offers are subject to confirmation and without obligation. The EGOL online GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to modify, to amend or to delete the offer or parts of the offer without further notification.

Your order will be processed promptly after receipt.
If single items should be out of stock due to strong demand, we will notify you immediately, so that you may select another item.

For production reasons, color variations can occur. In case a delivered item is damaged or if you are not satisfied with the product, we take back the item (unused and in its original packing) within 14 days.
We either refund the purchase price or please lets us know via the cover letter, which item to exchange or how the amount is to be settled. We reserve the right for changes in offerings and prices.

Before completing your order you may overwrite the previously entered data. The general contract text (order form and these sales terms and delivery conditions) can be downloaded anytime (technical problems excepted) via the available websites (subject to modifications). You can only view your order data until you send your order.

After the receipt of your order, it will immediately be confirmed by an e-mail. The contract of a purchase contract is realized, when we have confirmed the delivery of the products you ordered or by the dispatch of the products. For your own protection we recommend to print out the terms and conditions when placing the order. The contract conclusion is only possible in German language. We receive the right not to accept orders.

We have recently been experiencing packages destined for Eastern Europe getting lost in the post and since the 8,50 Euro postage we charge does not include insurance we unfortunately have to make some changes to our tariffs to address this situation. From today customers placing orders that are to be shipped abroad and require being sent as a package or parcel (e.g. when ordering a mug) can choose from the following options: delivery without insurance at customer's risk at 9 Euro or delivery with insurance at 17 or 30 Euro depending on destination. We will get in touch with you shortly after you place your order to discuss these postage options and the associated costs.
